University residences
The Sexton campus has three residences on Morris Street, a five-minute walk from the Architecture building. They are open to students from early September to mid-December and from early January to late April.

Gerard Hall and O'Brien Hall are co-ed undergraduate residences with furnished single and double rooms in a security building. They have a mandatory meal plan at one of the university cafeterias (including one in O'Brien Hall), laundry facilities, and a lounge. Residence fees include telephone service with voice mail, satellite TV access, and high-speed internet access (Resnet).

The Grad House is a house for graduate students in a security building with furnished rooms, a full kitchen, an optional meal plan, and access to laundry facilities in O'Brien Hall next door.

Off-campus housing
Most students live in Halifax's South End, south of Spring Garden Road. Start your search at the Off-Campus Housing Office. Apartments are listed in Kijiji, Halifax Chronicle-Herald, and HRM. For Nova Scotia tenant information, go to Service Nova Scotia or CMHC.
